Alan Bellrose

Alan is a highly successful senior executive with over 30 years’ experience in the successful development and implementation of large business transformation and process improvement projects, risk assessments, product designs and strategic vision setting, formulation and execution.

Alan has drawn his extensive experience from heavy engineering, rail and road transport, services industries, telco, manufacturing and maintenance sectors.

He has worked for some multinationals and large Australian organisations in private industry and for government. With over 450 improvement projects, Alan has a record in driving and delivering improvement project outcomes aligned to business strategy throughout Australasia.

Alan has been awarded a Master of Science degree, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds Certificate in Dynamic Work Design MIT (USA).
