Our Management Systems
VERITAS has implemented an integrated management system (IMS) to provide direction to its management, staff, contract personnel and business partners (collectively termed personnel) to provide clarity and foundation for the safe and effective delivery of our Total Asset Life Cycle Advisory services.
VERITAS as a differentiated and independent advisory service offering in the Asia Pacific Region, delivers value to its clients by:

To achieve the above objectives, VERITAS applies its integrated management system to monitor and manage system performance and delivery metrics.
Supporting VERITAS’ IMS is a suite of policy documents that define our approach to delivery. These policies are available in the VERITAS SharePoint site and furthermore, are featured throughout the firm’s formal induction process.
As part of its continuous improvement program, VERITAS regularly and critically reviews and evaluates its performance and applies learnings and opportunities for improvement to both its management system and service delivery methodologies.
VERITAS undertakes regular Client Satisfaction Surveys (CSS) on medium to longer term engagements and at the completion of shorter projects and initiatives. These surveys measure Client Satisfaction using a 100-point system and is an integral part to maintaining focus of VERITAS to delivering high quality valued outcomes for our clients.
The survey covers several critical dimensions that includes the performance of VERITAS Delivery Team and is an important element of VERITAS’ continual improvement process. The surveys specifically measure VERITAS’ performance across four key attributes: Personnel, Quality, Methodology, and Values.
VERITAS’ averaged CSS from all completed projects since the firm’s inception in 2017 is 95.0%.
This achievement is not only great recognition for our excellent performance in the delivery of our total asset lifecycle advisory services, but also provides our clients and partners with demonstrable assurance and justified confidence in our capabilities.
A number of state and federal government organisations have implemented pre-approval and consulting panel schemes to simplify the procurement of professional services. VERITAS’ suite of Total Asset Life Cycle Support Services has been reviewed and approved by for inclusion in advisory / consulting services panels by number of state and federal government organisations that include:
