Damien has deep understanding of the key operational, policy, commercial, and regulatory issues impacting airports, and Australian and international aviation.

He has excellent relationship and influencing skills demonstrated at senior levels of government and business. He has proven ability to establish and implement effective strategic direction in a complex commercial and regulatory environment. Damien has a disciplined approach and understanding of the operational and regulatory environment of the airline industry and is a systematic problem solver and change agent.

Damien is highly respected within Australian and international aviation industry for the effective presentation of innovative and progressive policy ideas. He has solid board experience gained as a Director and Chairman of Airport Coordination Australia (ACA).

Damien has been awarded a Bachelor of Science (Hons), and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD)
